I have been putting about 1,000 miles per month on the Murcielago since I got it because I have been using it as a daily driver. The Cross Country CL55 still needs some surgery after the record drive so it has not been up for the accumulation of many miles. Wading through traffic with 631 hp is not always a lot of fun so I decided that I should find something with just 500 hp. I have never owned a BMW so when I came across the 2006 E60 iteration of the M5 sedan, I decided to snatch it up. This one has the 500 hp V10 engine that is now too dirty and fuel inefficient to use.
This M5 is Silver Gray over a Silverstone interior. It has active heated seats, heads-up display, comfort access, park distance control, bluetooth, and a ton of other stuff that made for an initial MSRP of $90,440. Should be a fun split duty daily driver with the LP640 for a little while.
