    Some corrections:

CF interior option was availabe in 2005. My 2005 sticker has CFII option.

2010 LP560-4 does come in coupe form.

Very cool. I have never seen an 05 with carbon. I have seen some 06’s. Was it listed as Carbon II? Are you door handles and e-brake handles carbon as well? What month was it built?

There should not be any 2010 LP560 Coupes in the US. I probably was not clear enough about that – this pertains to US cars.

my 2005 has CF covering all door handles, hand brake, etc.

i believe nav became an option in late 2005.

also, 2004 and 2005 interior have some differences. 2004 has suede seat inserts and no color crest on the steering wheel.

lastly, i think you got a mixture of hp rating between the years. i would stick to factory rating or SAE equivalent.

    hello Ed.
I am keen to buy a Verde Ithaca 2006 SE E gear from a seller who said this car was numbered 222/250. Whilst the car has everything that the SE is known for, I wanted to be sure that this was actually a 2006 car and not a 2005 SE that was a prototype for 2006.
As in I wanted to be sure that my SE was actually a 2006 vehicle. (for peace of mind and for resale). I am aware that all SE were same specs mechanically as a 2006 car, but is it true that essentially some SE were released also in 2006? was there any difference between a 2005 SE and a 2006SE?

I ask this becos, After duing some due diligence, i landed across a website where this same car had formerly been advertised as a December 2005 car…

What does this mean to me? Does this mean the DEc 2005 cars built were essentially 2006 cars and registered as such or does it mean , by resale value, this car should be less than say a january 2006 SE?

technical questions and pedantic, but I am paying a 2006 figure and i needed some advice and am not sure where to get it.

BTW, i am in australia. thats a long long way to contact you from.

    cheers

    shane

If it has the color scheme and the number plaque, it should be a legitimate SE. In the US, we title cars based on the VIN number rather than the build date or first registration date so many 2006’s are built in 05 and sold in 05. Typically, the model year changes between July and November depending on the manufacturer and the model. An SE should have the same value regardless of year of registration.

What about the seats and other interior upgrades? Didn’t the seats change from the 04 model?
