Ed’s Car History: 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena F1

In late 2009, a unique opportunity presented itself. A friend called me and told me about a guy who couldn’t pay the repair bill on his Ferrari. He had the title but not the money for the repairs. He put me in touch with the owner (a musician) and I made him an offer. He reluctantly accepted and I was the owner of a freshly serviced 360 Modena. It was Argento Nurburgring with a black interior – F1, Daytonas, Challenge Grill, etc. It was a nice car and I bought it very cheap. I sold it about 6 months later and made a decent profit. Here are some pictures of it.

Ed’s Car History: 2000 Ferrari 360 Spider 6 Spd

In December of 2007 I bought a Ferrari 360 Spider. It was a Euro Car (There were no MY 2000) US cars. It was imported from Germany by AmeriSpec in 2001. Back then, 360 Spiders were bringing $150k over sticker in the US so it made sense. This car was Rosso Corsa over Crema with a 6 speed manual gearbox. It was an awesome car to drive. Ferrari convertibles are very awesome cars. It had a Tubi exhaust that had been on the car for quite some time and had gotten very, very loud. It would shake my warehouse whenever I started it up.When I sold this car in 2010 it had over 50k miles on it.

Ed’s Car History: 2004 Ferrari 360 Modena F1

This was my first Ferrari. I bought it in December of 2006 with about 1,500 miles. It was one of the best looking Ferraris that I had ever seen. It was Pozzi Blue over Cuoio. It had Scuderia Shields, Daytona Seats, a Rear Challenge Grill, Navigation, and just about every factory option that was available. I put the 19″ Challenge Wheels on it which really set the car off. I only owned this one for about 8 months until I traded it for another Ferrari.

The Ferrari 360 has a 3.6 liter V8 producing 400 hp. It goes 0-60 in 4.5 seconds and has a top speed of 186 mph. This car has the optional 6 speed F1 Gearbox.
